  • Can I test Aftrad for free?

    Yes, all our packages include a free trial period. In addition, we also offer a free plan with limited functionalities for companies that run smaller volumes of clicks/impressions or wish to test the platform before upgrading to a more tailored plan.

  • How can I monitor my plan limit?

    In your account profile you will find a usage tab with live data and estimations to keep accurate track of your plan limit and total consumption.

  • What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

    All plans allow an extra consumption margin to keep your business up and running for an extra cost. In order to avoid exceeding your plan limit, talk to one of our experts to advise you when making your business’ traffic estimations.

  • Can I migrate my business from any other platform?

    Yes. Aftrad’s technology was developed to be able to smoothly connect and migrate campaigns, advertisers, affiliates and data from the main available platforms. Our expert tech team is also on standby in case custom connectors are required when migrating.

  • How long does it take to migrate?

    It depends on each client’s needs, company size and amount of data, but, usually, it takes between a week or two to complete the migration process. Regardless, at Aftrad we take the time to understand each client’s goals and requirements to ensure a quick and sleek transition.

  • Do I receive any support during the migration process?
